What after my order? when will this be shipped?

When you place an order in our webshop, we process it as quickly as possible. If you order before 2 p.m., we usually* ship your package the same day, you will receive a confirmation by email.

*Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered the next day. We have no control over possible delays at our shipping partners. You can always track your order online via track and trace! But we do our best as always!

Your package has not been delivered after 3 days? Please do not hesitate to contact us, preferably via email or chat!

Can I also pick up my order?

During checkout you can also choose to pick up instead of shipping. Then you choose to pick up your order from us in Geel, our address is Antwerpseweg 4 (left next to Oke-Auto-Geel). This is always possible by appointment, so be sure to send us an email or give us a call if you would like to come by so that we can meet.

Where is my package?

Your package has not arrived yet? Sometimes it happens that there is some delay in sending packages, such as during busy periods (eg Christmas). It can always happen that your package arrives later, but don't worry! You can track every package we send with the "Track and Trace code" that we email you. If you have not received one, please contact us and be sure to check your spam folder.

Can I track my order?

You will always receive a shipping confirmation from us, in this email you can also find a link with the track and trace code. If you click on the link you can track the package. If you have not received a Track and Trace code, please contact us.

Received wrong order?

To err is human and we can make mistakes. If you have received the wrong product, do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to help you!

Which countries do we ship to?

For the time being, we only ship parcels in Belgium and the Netherlands via the webshop. You can always contact us if you still wish to send a package outside Belgium and the Netherlands.

A few other European countries will follow shortly.

How to return/return your order?

You can return your order or part of it in its original condition and undamaged within 14 days after you have received the order. To return your order or part of it, send an email to info@fantasyworld.be with the subject “RETURN order no. and or invoice no. and your name”. In the email you indicate which products you would like to return, you can always give a reason, but that is not mandatory. You can send these or bring them to us. The address is Antwerpseweg 4, 2440 Geel, Belgium. Do not send your return until you have received an answer from us, perhaps it is possible that we pass near you so that we can pick it up at your place at an agreed time. You can always take a look at our general terms and conditions for even more information about the right of withdrawal and what your obligations are as a customer.

Here is an overview of some conditions that must be met:

  • The item has not been used
  • The item is undamaged
  • The item is in the original packaging
  • You are in possession of an order form or invoice from Fantasy World
  • Multimedia, textiles and gift boxes cannot be exchanged.


NB! Free returns are only possible via our collection point or if you wish to return damaged, defective or incorrect items. If you want to invoke your right of renunciation (you have changed your mind or the item is not as you expected), the return costs are for your own account. We therefore advise you to bring the goods to our collection point.

Can I visit you?

Unfortunately, we don't have a physical store yet, but you can pick up your order from us, it's best to make an appointment for this. If you still have a question about one of our products, you can always contact us. Then we can see together whether or not you can come by.

I am not satisfied with my ordered product(s), what now?

Sometimes it happens that you order something and you don't like it or, for example, you received the product you bought as a gift just after your order. It can all happen, since you make the purchase online in our webshop, we are also legally obliged to give you a cooling-off period of 14 days. Yes, you can always return your order or part of it within the cooling-off period of 14 days. The returned products must still be in the original packaging, see our terms and conditions for more information. How you can return can be found above under the title returns.

Can I pay with PayPal or VISA?

We now accept most Visa and Credit cards, and you can also choose to pay with PayPal. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

The product I want is out of stock, when will it be back in stock?

It sometimes happens that we do not have a product in stock. Although we do try to have everything in stock, but unfortunately sometimes we don't succeed. If you want more information about the stock of a product or if you want us to inform you when something is back in stock, please contact us.

You can also specify your email with the product itself.

I didn't find what I was looking for, can you help?

We're sorry you couldn't find what you were looking for, we're happy to help! Feel free to contact us if you cannot find something in the webshop or if you are looking for something specific. We have several wholesalers where we can take a look for you. If you have a suggestion, please let us know, we are always looking for novelties to expand our range.
